Trachia is a small rocky islet, west of Mathraki. It has an area of almost 2.0 ha and a maximum height of 27 meters. From its rocky ground, stones were taken out to build houses. It is an important nesting place for various birds. In the decade of 2010 rabbits were introduced, which probably did not survive.
